Privacy notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Who we are

PIPELINE PLUS MEDIA LTD, trading as Pipeline Plus, operates this website and is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17477819. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact us using the enquiry form on the website.

Cookies and analytics

Aggregate page statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused cookieless service that reports visits per page and referring sites without tracking, profiling or identifying individual visitors. This runs automatically and does not need your consent.

This site also uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance, for example whether someone who saw one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts went on to submit an enquiry. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and is only loaded after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, it is never loaded and no advertising cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

If you book a call through the strategy-call form, the booking step embeds Calendly's scheduling widget, which may set its own cookies to manage your booking session. This only loads once you reach that step.

The enquiry form

When you submit the strategy-call form, we collect the business, service-area, campaign and contact information you provide. The form sends this information securely to our customer relationship management system so that we can assess fit, respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation that follows. It is never sold, shared for third-party marketing or added to a mailing list without your permission.

If you book a call, we send a short confirmation email to the address you provided, in addition to the confirmation Calendly sends directly.

Lawful basis

We process strategy-call and email enquiries on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used. The Meta Pixel and any cookies it sets are used only on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Data processors and hosting

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. They may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on the providers' recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

What happens when you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to manage any conversation that follows. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list without asking.

Prospect research

If we contact your business, we do so using publicly available business contact information, for example your business website or public listings, on the basis of legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service. If you ask us not to contact you again, that request is honoured permanently.

How long information is kept

Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage the enquiry or business relationship, and are reviewed at least annually. Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. You can ask at any time for what we hold about you to be corrected or deleted sooner.
