About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, which is operated by PIPELINE PLUS MEDIA LTD, trading as Pipeline Plus. They do not form the agreement for any services we go on to provide. If we work together, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, terms and responsibilities.

What the service delivers
Pipeline Plus provides the activities specified in each client’s written agreement. These may include Facebook and Instagram campaign setup and management, creative and landing-page work, generating homeowner enquiries, tracking campaign results, reporting and advertising optimisation.
The client is responsible for responding to enquiries and managing homeowner conversations, suitability decisions, surveys, quotations and sales. Unless a written client agreement expressly states otherwise, Pipeline Plus does not provide enquiry qualification, follow-up or appointment setting.
Delivery of the agreed advertising activities is distinct from guaranteeing a particular commercial outcome. Unless a written client agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee a fixed number of enquiries, surveys or completed jobs. Where campaign performance is disappointing, the agreed work, reporting and optimisation obligations continue for the applicable service period.
Territory availability
Where this website reports that a postcode area is not currently assigned, that reflects our records at the time the page is served. Availability is confirmed in writing before any agreement, and can change between your enquiry and our reply.
Enquiries
Submitting the strategy-call form sends the information you provide to Pipeline Plus through our customer relationship management system. An enquiry places no obligation on either side, and we may decline to proceed where a business is not a fit for the service.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to PIPELINE PLUS MEDIA LTD unless stated otherwise. You may view and share the pages. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for your own commercial use without written permission.

Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Checkatrade, TrustMark and Trustpilot are operated independently of us.
